Dr. Cyril FEGUÉ (Founder & CEO)

Dr. Fegué is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Luxburry Strategies Inc., a multi-sectoral specialist in Public Sector Strategy, Territorial Competitiveness Management, Strategic Government Relations, Impact Planning, and Partnership Development. He holds a Ph.D. in Political Science and another Doctoral qualification in Urban Strategic Planning and Governance.

Next to his extensive International Development experience, his expertise rests in the delivery of advisory solutions to corporate C-suite leaders, government, city executives, and Non-Governmental Organizations committed to socio-economic innovation and sustainability due diligence.
