Our Values
Our values, “Professionalism, Added-value for Clients, Diversity&Inclusion, Confidentiality,” are the cornerstones of our consultancy processes and corporate culture. Our values shape our dealings within the firm as well as dealings with clients: the holders of public authority, enterprises, and all other business partners.
Each of our consultants is jointly responsible for ensuring that our values are lived in the firm and reverberated in every consulting contract. Our management team takes on a role model function.

Luxburry Strategies Inc. oftentimes handles politically sensitive contracts, top government affairs at different governance levels, dossiers related to the exercise of non-competitive, exclusive rights on the part of clients, real-time business intelligence, or publicly undisclosed policy insights. The nature of our business means that we support clients in confidential and sensitive engagements. Therefore, we are strongly committed to the confidentiality of our trusting clients regardless of the duration, content, and location of the assignment. Concretely, it means that we do both: we protect confidential information and we avoid conflicts of interest. Our staff and experts across our international network are trained to understand and apply our confidentiality policy but also to abide by the highest standards of business ethics.
